CoverGirl Bloom Mascara

 

I was extremely excited to try this mascara. I don't regularly use one brand of mascara because of the fact that my lashes always end up clumped together and crunchy. When I got the product, I immediately put it on (even though I wasn't going anywhere.. because makeup). This would be test 1, to see how well it held up throughout the day. I couldn't feel that I had it on. Literally. I'd touch my lashes and didn't even notice it was there. AND I looked like I had more than 3 lashes!! <--- big="" deal="" for="" mascara="" p="" right="" there.="">
 
Day 2 was bestie day. Every week my BFF and I hangout on a specific day.. In our case it's Tuesdays and Thursdays and of course the weekend. (Yes, we spend a LOT of time together). We went to the mall and played with puppies that of course were trying to lick our faces off. The mascara stayed on throughout all of this as well.
 
Day 3 was a lazy day. Put makeup on out of boredom and stood in front of the mirror to admire how long my lashes were.
 
Day 4 was bestie day again. Went to the bar, played some pool.. got hit on by a bunch of old guys. Oh, and it was snowing. (Yay Ohio). I figured my lashes would freeze and fall off or get crunchy... I still have them and they didn't crunch. =)
 
Day 5 was another kinda boring day..I had a boring date with a boring guy. He insisted that I sit and watch him play video games for an hour.
 
Days 6 & 7 was an all night party at the besties sister house. Put my makeup on before I left the house at about 6pm and didn't worry about it the rest of the night. Countless hours of drinking games, WiiTennis, JustDance3 rounds and finally passing out at 7am on a couch.. and my mascara didn't run, crunch or come off.
 
I've told all my friends about #goBloom mascara and how amazing it is.. Also, I'm converted for life. Thanks CoverGirl and Influenster!

Last week I was sent the brand new Bose Soundlink Revolve+ to review. It has bumpers to protect it from being knocked over and it's water resistant so you can set it by the pool for that upcoming Summer bash. I use it to help motivate me to clean and I love that it's loud enough to drown out my awful singing. It has a handle on the top of the speaker for easy transportation, and it won't break if you knock it over. The battery lasts up to 16 hours, and only takes about 4 hours to charge,  so you don't have to be the lame guy (or girl) who kills the party because the music stopped. You can skip to the next song by double pressing the multi function button, or you can summon Siri or Google Now by holding it down. I use the Bose Connect app on my phone to control the volume and skip to the next song if I'm not near the speaker. I love the sound quality that I get from the Revolve+. It's loud and clear, there's no static or skipping due to a faulty connection....

This is my fashion inspired mani.. I chose heels by Loriblu from Forzieri.com. I don't own these heels because they are waay too expensive for me, but I thought they'd make a cute mani.  This was my translation of shoes to nails.
