Restful Sleep

I ALWAYS have trouble sleeping.. Falling asleep and staying asleep are something that I have struggled with for years. When I finally get to sleep, I toss and turn. When I wake up, I'm drowsy all day. So when I saw this campaign, for a supplement that swears that it can help me sleep better, I applied right away. I took one every night for two weeks. Within a week I noticed that I was getting to sleep faster and didn't wake up a billion times at night. I'm so happy I finally found a product that helps me sleep without having to take Nyquil or Benadryl. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start my day. According to Dr. Yan Ping Xu, a certified practitioner of Oriental medicine and board certified herbalist, your SPLEEN is key to a good nights sleep. It's believed in traditional Chinese Medicine that it's your spleen's chi that's off balance. The ancient herbal blend that the Chinese have been relying on for thousands of years is called Yi-Fang.

100% Pure Argan Oil by Radha Beauty

I love Argan Oil. I use it in my hair, which keeps it from breaking and it makes it soft and shiny. I also mix it in with my body lotion to keep my skin soft.  100% Argan Oil has many benefits. I use it at night before I go to bed, after I wash my face. I rub it on my feet and put socks on before I go to bed. I wake up with soft feet, and I don't have to worry about cracked feet. The oil absorbs quickly and doesn't leave the 'oily' feeling behind. I've been using Argan oil for years, but this product is perfect. It's a large bottle and a little goes a long way. Three ways that it can be used are: As a night time moisturizer-Use a drop or two and apply it to your face and neck. You can also add a drop to your face, and using a tapping motion, apply to the areas around your eyes. Argan Oil has vitamins A and E, which can help reduce fine lines and wrinkles. To prevent stretch marks: Warm up a couple of drops of Argan Oil in your hands, and rub it o

Project 7 Gourmet Mints and Gum

While perusing the check out lane candy in Meijer, I came across a packet of 'Front Porch Lemonade' flavored gum. Intrigued, I decided to buy it. I always like trying new candy and gum. Besides, who could pass up that name? There are 12 pieces in the re-sealable foil packet. The front of the packet says 'Great tasting and world changing'.  My first thought of this gum was that it tasted great. However, like most gum, it lost its flavor after just a few minutes. Serving size is 2 pieces, but with how fast it lost flavor, I had to chew 3. After 15 mins of chewing the gum, I had to spit it out because it got an awful, bitter fake sugar taste. I really want to try the other flavors, but I'd probably only buy them if I was in a pinch. I'll probably pick up another flavor just to see if the flavor pay off is any better.     Project 7 is a specialty mints and gum company dedicated to making the world a better place. Project 7 is dedicated to seven causes which

Dead Sea Mud Mask by Pure & Essential Minerals

**I was sent this mask for free to review from BrandBacker**  I love face masks and usually don't have any problem with them. But I've noticed that as I've gotten older, my skin is more sensitive. The first issue I had was with a popular brand of face mask. It said it was supposed to 'tingle'. Burning like that I'd imagine came from the devil himself, so that didn't last long.  When I was chosen to do this review, I was excited to finally find a mask that would melt my face. It smelled great and didn't look like it would soon be hellfire on my face. I noticed a 'tingle' as soon as I put the first swipe on my forehead. I ignored it thinking that maybe I was just being paranoid.  Nope, not paranoid. I, like a good blogger, dutifully applied a 'medium' layer of the hellmask to my face. I was determined to give it a full review. Unfortunately after several minutes, I realized that I would be unable to leave it on for the full suggeste

Review of Adovia Dead Sea Salt Scrub

**I received Adovia Dead Sea Salt Scrub in Ocean Breeze from BrandBacker to review. ** I LOVE body scrubs. They always leave my skin soft and smelling great. I loved (almost) everything about this product. I loved the fact that it was an 11 oz jar. It will last me a very long time considering I use a different product every time I shower. I also liked the fact that it had a screw on lid.  I did have to stir it up when I opened it because, as expected, all the salt had settled on the bottom. What I didn't like was the fact that it leaked.. a lot. If you tilt the jar any way at all, it leaks. I also didn't like this particular fragrance. To me, it smells like a mans cologne. Now, with ocean breeze scent, I wasn't expecting bright and floral or fruity, but I was hoping it would just be a fresh scent. This smells like something my step-dad would spray..  In saying this, if they have different fragrances, then yes, I would purchase this in the future.  Thankfully this p

What's Been Going On..

I know I haven't been posting as much as I should be, but that's all about to change. I'm moving! Like ten minutes down the road.. with my best friend into my boyfriends house.. Weird right? She and  I had planned on moving in together anyway, and this way we have a house instead of an apartment. We just have to pay all the utilities (which stinks of course) plus rent.. which also stinks. The house is paid off, but we have to pay rent to his aunt, which doesn't really make sense to me. AND the house needs work, so that should mean no rent payment right? Anywho, I've been busy trying to pack stuff up, which means I'm wayyyyy behind on reviews. I promise I will try to get to all of them in the next couple of weeks. Especially since I just lost the job that I just got hired for last week.. It was all a bunch of bs really.. I was promised so many hours, then as time went, they got lower and lower.. Pay wasn't good either. So I'm back to being mostly jobles
