Review of Adovia Dead Sea Salt Scrub

**I received Adovia Dead Sea Salt Scrub in Ocean Breeze from BrandBacker to review. **

I LOVE body scrubs. They always leave my skin soft and smelling great. I loved (almost) everything about this product. I loved the fact that it was an 11 oz jar. It will last me a very long time considering I use a different product every time I shower. I also liked the fact that it had a screw on lid.  I did have to stir it up when I opened it because, as expected, all the salt had settled on the bottom.

What I didn't like was the fact that it leaked.. a lot. If you tilt the jar any way at all, it leaks. I also didn't like this particular fragrance. To me, it smells like a mans cologne. Now, with ocean breeze scent, I wasn't expecting bright and floral or fruity, but I was hoping it would just be a fresh scent. This smells like something my step-dad would spray..  In saying this, if they have different fragrances, then yes, I would purchase this in the future.  Thankfully this product will not be going to waste. My mom decided that she likes it and doesn't care if it smells like a man, so she got to keep it.

All in all, it's a great product. I wish it had smelled better, but the quality is wonderful. It did it's job and if they make it in a different fragrance, I will probably purchase it in the future. Unfortunately, it looks like 'Ocean Breeze' is the only scent that it comes in at the moment.

List price is $32.00 but it's on sale for $14.95 for an 11 oz. jar.

September 2016 DegustaBox!!

A couple months ago, as I was browsing subscription boxes, I came across a promo code for DegustaBox. DegustaBox is a monthly subscription service featuring 10-15 products. You don't know what you're getting until you open the box! It's $19.95 a month, but you can use this link for $10 off. https://www.degustabox.com/us/register/ref/KAITLYNA-C84 or if you'd rather, just use this code. KAITLYNA-C84 The box was packed full of yummy goodies and I was so excited about eating all of it. I've read a few reviews of this box and they were all pretty positive. The first item, as seen above are PopCORNers. Gluten-free, GMO verified, vegan chips in the flavor Carnival Kettle. They're delicious and taste just like kettle corn. They are flat like a chip, but they're popcorn. Normally I try to stay away from popcorn because it messes with my teeth, but now I can have my popcorn and eat it too! Sorry that was so (pop) corny 😂. I can't stop eating them! These a...

New Adventures!!

I was offered a temporary (and hopefully more permanent) position as a brand ambassador for a new site called Beautydem. This site is made for users to find inspiration, create sets featuring beauty products. When someone purchases a product from a set, the creator of said set makes a 5% commission from the sale. It's fun and easy and completely free to join. You can make as many or as few sets as you'd like. This is one that I made, featuring sweet perfumes that smell delicious. It features Prada's 'Candy', Jessica Simpson's 'Fancy' and a few others. http://beautydem.com/set/595 Join me on www.beautydem.com !!!!

September 2015 LooksBook!!!!

This month's Starlooks LooksBook theme was 'Revival'. The colors featured in this box were gorgeous. Dark enough for Fall but brighjt enough to keep you holding onto warm weather.. If you live somewhere cold (like me), you want to hold on to warm weather for as long as possible.   The first item in the LooksBook is Agave, which is an eye-shadow duo in a dark red and a green that look gorgeous when blended together. Unfortunately for me, I kind of have hooded eyes, so you can't really see the effect. But I tried my best!     The second product is Flora, which is a beautiful, dark green mascara. Now normally I would never wear a mascara that's anything but black, but I wore t...
