I was chosen to do a review of the Makeup by One Direction.  There are five palettes,one for each member of the band.  This is a limited edition collection. I received my October Lip Monthly bag yesterday. I'd heard lots of things about this subscription service, both good and bad. I only paid $5 for this bag so I was hoping there would be at least one awesome product in this bag. When I opened the mailer, there was an extremely pretty makeup bag instead of the too-small box that I'd heard about.  The bag was sturdy but did have a strong plastic smell to it, but it lessens with each day. First item is a product by Starlooks, which is the lip scrub. The description card says it's the perfect product to prep your lips for the 'perfect nude lip.' Unfortunately, I don't wear nude lips, it isn't a trend that looks good on me. Back to the product. I've tried lip scrubs before and they've been sticky. I was sent a fogless mirror to review (originally intended for men that shave in the shower). I figured it would be great for the times that I use face masques and take them off in the shower. I like to make sure I get it off of my face so I don't walk around with green stuff all over my face all day. I also use it when the mirrors are too fogged up after a shower, and I'm too lazy to wipe them off =P So far, it's done great. It hasn't gotten foggy once, even after being in the shower for an hour. The mirror also came with a stainless steel wall mount to hold your razor, which regardless of the fact that you're male or female, is a great thing to have in your shower.  I would recommend this product to everyone, regardless of gender. I was sent a bag of Organic Matcha Green Tea Powder to review. I'd heard mixed reviews about this product and wanted to try it for myself. I used it in a couple of smoothies, and it wasn't too bad. I only used about a teaspoon of it because I didn't want it to be overwhelming.  Once it was well mixed, you hardly noticed that it was there.  I do recommend that you try this product. So since I'm going to be super busy this weekend, I'm going to lump a couple campaigns together in one blog. I'm in 5 or 6 campaigns on bzzagent.com right now (which is slightly overwhelming btw), but I'm loving getting to try all these products! Campaigns are as follows: Excedrin Extra Strength I get extremely terrible migraines, I mean 'lie in bed all day with the blanket over my head' bad,  and it usually takes several 500mg capsules of Ibuprofen or Tylenol to make them go away. BzzAgent sent me a 24 capsule bottle of Excedrin Extra Strength, and I'm convinced it's the best thing on earth to make me feel better. I can take one 500mg capsule, and the migraine is gone in 15-20 minutes . I ran out of them about a week ago, and nothing has helped since. I've tried Tylenol, Ibuprofen and Aspirin.. About a month ago Hautelook featured Lorac products for one of their events. I purchased the color Haute, which is a mix between a Barbie and baby pink. I'd been searching for this shade from different brands for awhile and I'm happy I finally found it. I'd never owned a Lorac product before this purchase so I don't have a lot of experience with this brand. However, I have an addiction of makeup, so this isn't my first lipstick, but it is my first liquid lipstick, and first purchase from Hautelook. Lots of firsts with this purchase!  The lipstick was $4 on Hautelook and shipping brought it up to about $10.. Not bad for a lip color. This post was meant to be a review for the Lorac Couture Liquid Shine Lipstick, but ended up being a review/dupe review.. I'm trying to start taking better care of my body, so I've decided the best way to do so is to start trying all sorts of skincare products. I know I have yet to do any of the reviews that I should be doing, but I've been so lazy lately that I just haven't felt like it. I also have a date on Saturday that I've been kinda freaking out over.. First dates are always nerve wracking though right? I have soo many reviews to catch up on. I just recently got my laptop back from finally getting it fixed, and I haven't been able to review stuff I've gotten. I have a 2 oz bag of coffee from Tonx that I have yet to try, a SodaStream machine that I received for a demo that I did in Walmart, samples of Perfectly Posh cosmetics, Excedrin from BzzAgent.. There's so much more that I got this summer that I'm not even going to bother with because it's from the beginning of the summer and I don't feel like bothering with it.. I received the GoVoxBox from Influenster. This box was to be all about being healthy. It included 3 packets from the Vitamin Shoppe of the NextStep Fit n' Full shake in the flavors Fresh Berries, Swiss Chocolate, and French Vanilla. I've tried a protein shake before but I found it disgusting. These weren't too bad.. While I wouldn't drink them every single day, I may do it 3 times a week. The next product in the GoVoxBox was a pack of Blueberry Almonds from Blue Diamond. I hate blueberries..unless they're in muffins. I know it doesn't make sense, but I despise them. I made an effort to try them, but was not happy about it. The rest ended up going to my parrot, who LOVED them. Next were two items from ProFoot. The first item was a pedi-rock that gently removed calluses and dry skin. As gross as it is, I do get calluses from standing all day at my job. I work as a brand ambassador for different companies, and I'm on my feet anywhere from a couple hours a day...

I received this product in the UniVoxBox from Influenster in the design of TGIF, which is a print perfect for Spring. I love how easy these nails were to apply, and I got tons of compliments on them. First make sure your nails are clean and polish free. Pick a nail that matches your nail and pull the backing off. Apply the false nail to your nail and press down to make sure it's on tight. Do this to every finger. I've found out that it's a good idea to add a drop of nail glue to insure that they'll stay on. There's no need to do this however if you're not rough with your hands. I have a dog and I'm constantly playing with her though, so they tend to come off easier. I will be purchasing this product in the future.

I received a bottle of Red Rose Real Tea in Black Tea in the UniVoxBox from Influenster. I love tea and even though I don't drink black tea all that much, I was willing to give this a chance. One bottle makes up to 24 servings and is small enough to slip into a purse, backpack or even your pocket. Just put a few drops into your bottle of water depending on how strong you like your tea, add sweetener of choice if you like your tea to be sweet like I do and drink up. Since it's a liquid, there's no reason to shake it.. Even though I still do. (It's a habit I can't shake. Ha ha =p ) Some people put milk in their black tea, but since I'm still deciding how I feel about iced black tea, I'm scared to try it. Did anybody else get this box? If so, did you come with any amazing ways to drink it?

I was extremely excited to receive this box because it was my second VoxBox. I was especially excited about the ImPress manicure and the Stay Matte foundation. The ImPress nails stayed on for about a week then I added glue so they'd stay on longer. I'm not much for florals but I loved the design so much that I'm looking for them in stores. I received this lipstick complimentary from Influenster. I love how springy this color is! It lasts all day no matter how many times you eat and drink. I had an ice cube in my mouth for this pic, and it didn't rub off. Bright pink isn't my color but I'm definitely going to try to pair it with a lighter pink. Can't let a perfectly good lipstick go to waste now can we?
